We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within thirty days of your purchase date you may request a refund. We want you to be 100% pleased with the goods and services that you purchase from us.

Return Policy

There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product to request a refund or an exchange at: customerservice@pceguides.com to get instructions on how to return your order. You can also call us at 800.719.8574.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Playa Capistrano Enterprises when you return product that is not defective. You are responsible for the product until it is received at the Playa Capistrano Enterprises return address so it is recommended that you insure the package for the value of the original purchase.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be issued back in the same manner that payment was made. If you used a credit card for payment, the credit will be issued back to your credit card. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued in the amount of your credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or the result of an error by Playa Capistrano Enterprises.

Product Refund

Upon receipt of your returned purchase a credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded.
