The half day course was designed for those new to the commercial real estate industry. It provides an introduction to the knowledge foundation required to enter the business and achieve success. Participants will focus on common industry practices, the role of the agent in the market, how to develop and grow new business, understanding the clients and their markets, the sale and lease processes, and the resources needed to provide superior service to their clients.

Executing the Commercial Real Estate Leasing Assignment

The half day course provides a detailed introduction to the commercial real estate leasing process to those new to the business. Covering the lease transaction from beginning to end, from both the landlord's and tenant's perspective, the material allows for the easy understanding of each phase associated with the leasing process. Participants will learn how to define and understand their client's needs, develop a a marketing strategy, compare lease alternatives, focus on the lease's business points, and follow up after the assignment is completed.
