The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Guide consists of a self-study book that provides a detailed knowledge base on the leasing process, including specific step-by-step directions and examples of documents and deliverables. It also contains extensive information on the basics of the commercial real estate industry, covering client representation, commission and disclosure issues, market and demographic analyses, financial analysis, and commercial property characteristics. The Downloadable Tools CD allow you to easily save on your computer all of the forms and spreadsheets detailed in the Guide book.
