Office Suites
The Office Suite is designed for sales offices with several new trainees or recruits, support staff, educators and mentors seeking to maximize efficiencies and save time. The Leasing Tool Kit Office Suite also allows a designated office broker or administrator to provide full Tool Kits and registered access to our website to as many people as packages were purchased. Please note that each Office Suite license allows use of the Tool Kits only by those employed within a single designated office location.
The Basic Office Suite includes four (4) Commercial Real Estate Leasing Tool Kits. For larger offices, the Large Office Suite, which includes six (6) Tool Kits, is available. If you would like to order an Office Suite with more than six Tool Kits, please contact us.

The Individual Leasing Tool Kit is designed for solo real estate practitioners, students, or those sales offices with a single commercial real estate agent and no trainees or educational programs.

The purchase of additional discounted Leasing Tool Kits is not available under this purchase option. However, PCE will allow Individual Leasing Tool Kit buyers to upgrade to an Office Suite within 90 days of their purchase date by paying an additional $1,350 for three (3) additional Tool Kits.
